Before you send
How your story is used
When you send a video to Magyar Minute, here is exactly what can happen with it. Plain language, no surprises.
Magyar Minute is a personal publication run by Ray, an American living in Budapest. When you contribute a video, you are trusting it to the site. Here is precisely how it gets used, and what stays yours.
What you are giving permission for
- To publish your video on Magyar Minute and its channels.
- To turn it into a written post, with context and notes.
- To transcribe it, and to translate the transcript and the post between English and Hungarian.
- To offer a downloadable PDF of the transcript so people can read it in either language.
What stays yours
- You are always credited as the author, with a link back to your channel.
- You keep full ownership, and you can post your video anywhere else.
- This is non-exclusive. You are not handing anything over exclusively.
- Changed your mind? Email hello@magyarminute.com and it comes down.
